Scope
Our offer is aimed exclusively at companies and traders. These terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively to companies and traders. We only recognize the purchaser’s conditions that conflict with or deviate from our terms and conditions of sale if we expressly agree to their validity in writing.
These terms and conditions of sale also apply to all future transactions with the customer, as long as they involve legal transactions of a related nature.
Individual agreements made with the purchaser in individual cases (including additional agreements, additions and changes) always take precedence over these terms and conditions of sale. Subject to proof to the contrary, a written contract or our written confirmation is decisive for the content of such agreements.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contract between Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH and the customer comes into effect when the order is accepted by Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH, even if this only occurs for a part of the items ordered by the customer.
This acceptance can also be tacit and is not dependent on Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH sending any order confirmation to the purchaser.
By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read these general terms and conditions and accept them without reservation.
The customer undertakes to check the correctness of the data in the order confirmation and to immediately report any corrections to the contact address given on the website.
Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH reserves the right to reject an order partially or completely. Any rejection of the order will be communicated to the purchaser by Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH. Any contractual or non-contractual liability of Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH for direct or indirect personal injury and/or property damage resulting from non-acceptance of an order, even partial, is excluded. Likewise, any claim by the customer for damages or compensation for non-acceptance of an order, even partial, is excluded.
Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH reserves the right to change the price of its own items at any time; However, the price applicable to the customer is always the price that was valid at the time the orders were saved (when product availability was stored).

PAYMENT METHODS
Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH accepts the following payment methods:
• Payment in advance
• On account with good creditworthiness
• PayPal

ORDER COMPLETION AND SHIPPING
When the goods are handed over to the courier service, the order is considered completed.
For items in stock, Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH will usually process the item within three working days, depending on the terms of payment.
Delivery times are the responsibility of the courier service; Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH has no influence on them.
Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH assumes no liability for delays in completing the order or late delivery by the transport company. In the event of delays in shipping, the customer must contact the courier service/transport company directly.
The shipping costs are always borne by the purchaser and are therefore not refundable for returns.

CHECK UPON DELIVERY
When the goods are delivered by the courier service, the customer must carry out the following checks:
• the number of freight items delivered
• The packaging and packaging materials (clamps, adhesive tape) are intact, undamaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the non-conformity of the freight items or other information must be reported immediately. ACCEPTANCE UNDER RESERVATION must be noted on the courier’s consignment note. After signing the courier service’s consignment note, the customer can no longer make any complaints regarding the external characteristics of the delivery.
Both problems reported to the courier service and further problems with the integrity or completeness of the products received must be reported to Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH within 2 days of delivery to the following address: info@novo-parts.com

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Entrepreneurs and traders generally have no right of withdrawal. However, exceptions can be agreed individually, especially in the case of justified complaints. If the customer withdraws from the purchase after shipping, he is obliged to pay the shipping costs.

APPLICABLE LAW
The purchase contract between the customer and Novo-Parts / Novotech International GmbH is deemed to have been concluded in Germany and is subject to German law. Hamburg is the sole place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this concluded contract.
